Description The Grove UV Sensor is used to measure UV radiation. This form of electromagnetic radiation is related to visible light but has a much shorter wavelength. The sensor is based on the GUVA-S12D. Its broad spectrum ranges from 200 to 400 nm. The module outputs an electrical signal that varies with the intensity of the UV radiation. UV sensors are used in laboratories or in strong sunlight to measure radiation exposure for humans.
