The LM185-1.2-N/LM285-1.2-N/LM385-1.2-N are 2-pole bandgap voltage regulator diodes for the micro range. They operate over a current range from 10µA to 20mA and are characterized by an exceptionally low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. A narrow voltage tolerance is achieved by on-chip trimming. As the LM185-1.2-N bandgap reference uses only transistors and resistors, this results in low noise and good long-term stability.
