Potential multiplication module

The potential multiplication module is used in combination with the 8-channel input terminal 750-430/-431 to provide the 24-V potential for the inputs. This makes the use of additional terminal blocks unnecessary. The potential multiplication module receives the 24-V supply voltage and the 0-V potential via the internal power contacts of an upstream bus terminal. When the bus terminal is engaged, the potentials are then automatically connected through to the downstream terminals via the power contacts. The 24-V supply is provided to all eight CAGE CLAMP® connections for the field level and the 0-V potential is passed on without direct usage.
