753-646 KNX/EIB/TP1 terminal 0

The KNX/EIB/TP1 bus terminal 753-646 is used for connecting to a KNX/EIB/TP1 network. The terminal supports two different functions:

1. Device mode: The terminal allows the relevant programmable controller (*1) for building automation to be connected to a KNX/TP1 network. In a KNX network, the terminal appears as a standard KNX device and is integrated via the ETS Professional commissioning tool. The terminal supports a maximum of 253 communication objects with any DPTs, 254 group addresses and 254 associations. The application is programmed via the WAGO-I/O-PRO CAA software. The data from the application program is assigned to group addresses via an ETS plug-in, which is in the WAGO product database.

2. Router mode: Combining the KNX IP 750-849 or 750-889 controller with the first inserted KNX/EIB/TP1 terminal 753-646 turns the device into a KNXnet/IP router. The terminal automatically enters router mode. No application program is required for operation in router mode. Other terminals installed on the KNX IP controller are addressed by the application in device mode.

The 753-series plug with internally bridged contacts (3/7 and 4/8) is included in delivery.

An external KNX power supply and ETS Professional are required to operate the KNX/EIB/TP1 bus terminal.
