The IRHYB67130CMSCS R6 N-channel MOSFET is a space-grade component with 100V/20A ratings and radiation hardness up to 100krad(Si) TID. Housed in a TO-257AA tabless low ohmic package, its low RDS(on) and gate charge minimize power losses for DC-DC converters and motor controllers.
