IRHF597110SCS a R5, rad hard, -100V, -2.6A, single, P-channel MOSFET in a TO-205AF package. With low RDS(on) and gate charge, it reduces power loss in switching applications. It retains all the advantages of MOSFETs, such as voltage control and fast switching, and has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID with QIRL classification.
