TLD7002-16ES

Multi-channel LED driver The TLD7002-16ES is a 16-channel device with protected output stages. It controls LEDs up to 76.5 mA as linear current sink (LCS). Power stages can be parallelized for higher load currents. Each output stage is configured with a 6-bit current value stored in OTP. 16 independent PWM configurations are available. A high-speed interface enables OTP programming, configuration, control, and diagnostics.
