XENSIV™ - TLE4999C8-S0001 programmable dual channel linear Hall sensor in thin 8 pin SMD single sensor package The Infineon TLE4999C8-S0001 is a dual-channel linear sensor with a bus-capable digital Short-PWM-Code interface, meeting ISO 26262 safety standards. It provides high redundancy with two sensor elements in one silicon design. Developed according to ISO 26262 (2011), supporting safety up to ASIL C, it has a magnetic sensitivity drift of 2.5%, noise main channel 1 LSB12, and sub-channel 4 LSB12.
