RH850U2A for ADAS Application

The FS26 family of automotive safety system basis chips (SBCs) provides power management, system control, and

diagnostic functions for automotive applications, including electrification, powertrain, chassis, safety, gateway,

and S32K3-based systems. The FS26 integrates multiple switch-mode and LDO regulators to supply microcontrollers, sensors, peripheral devices,

and communication interfaces. It also includes a high-precision voltage reference, voltage-tracking regulators,

GPIOs, an analog multiplexer, selectable wake-up sources, and SPI communication support. The FS26 is compliant with ISO 26262 and supports safety applications up to ASIL B and ASIL D through fail-safe

outputs and on-demand latent fault monitoring.
