The A/V Extension Over Cat. 5 VE170 consists of the VE170T transmitting unit and the VE170R or 70RQ receiver unit and is a cost-effective and efficient solution for transmitting high-quality picture and sound signals. Simply connect both devices via a conventional Cat. 5 network cable and place the monitors up to 300 m away from the transmitting unit or signal source. The VE170R and VE170RQ receivers are also compatible with ATEN's A/V Over Cat 5 graphics splitters.
