30100 Bel Favorit manual press

Manual press for mechanical vias of double-sided printed circuit boards by means of hollow rivets.

The manual press pushes the hollow rivets inserted in the holes on both sides so that they are flush with the printed circuit board, without the contact point having to be soldered.

The body is made of die-cast aluminium and the precision-machined bushing is made of brass. The steel tool holder is free of play.

- Adjustable depth stop for manual lever - Maximum board width: 400 mm - The tools are replaceable and are available as an option for rivets with an internal diameter of 0.6 to 1.5 mm for boards up to 1.5 mm thick.

Drilling diameter -> rivet diameter: 0.6 mm -> 0.4 mm 0.8 mm -> 0.6 mm 1.0 mm -> 0.8 mm 1.5 mm -> 1.0 mm 1.7 mm -> 1.2 mm 2.0 mm -> 1.5 mm

The corresponding toolkit is not included. When ordering the rivets, please specify a diameter larger than that of the required rivet.
