The HiFiBerry AAmp is a high quality, high efficiency Class D power amplifier add-on for some HiFiBerry DAC sound cards.

The AAmp is an analog amplifier add-on for some HiFiBerry cards. It connects to your HiFiBerry DAC card and adds a 60W analog amplifier. A 12-20V power supply is used to power not only the amplifier, but also the DAC and the Raspberry Pi.

You can use it with the following HiFiBerry cards that come with the required analog output connector:

DAC2 HD (Part No: RPI HB DAC2 HD). DAC + ADC (item no.: RPI HB DAC+ ADC) DAC + ADC Pro (item no. RPI HB DAC+ ADCP)

Note This is not a HAT that can be used with the Raspberry Pi standalone! It does not connect directly to the Raspberry Pi, but requires an additional supported HiFiBerry DAC card.
