PicoScope 4000A Series - 12 bit USB PC Oscilloscopes with 2/4/8 channels
The PicoScope 4000A series replaces the PicoScopes 4224 (PP478), 4424 (PP479) and 4824 (PP916). All PicoScope 4000A models feature 12-bit hardware resolution (16-bit with extended resolution), a sampling rate of 80 MS/s, a 256-MS buffer memory, an integrated function generator/arbitrary signal generator (AWG) and a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface that also powers the instrument and provides 480 Mbit/s communication to the host PC.
The instruments run PicoScope6 software and have an SDK that allows the user direct program control of the hardware for custom applications. The oscilloscopes also work with PicoLog6 data logging software for lower speed long-term recording.
Applications: Precise multi-channel signal measurements of sensors, actuators, audio, vibration, power and electromechanical signals, as well as low-speed electronic sensors and serial communications.
