45655 UHU plus fast-fix 15.5 g

Solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin-based adhesive for fast, high-strength bonds. Enables high-strength adhesive bonds on virtually all solid materials. The working time is up to 5 minutes; the bond is hand-tight after 20 minutes. The final strength is approximately 1300 N/cm². The bonded joint cures to a transparent finish and is impact-resistant and moisture-resistant.

Also available in a user-friendly dual-chamber syringe for easy dispensing of the two components in the correct mixing ratio.

Materials Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosets, glass-fiber-reinforced plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, and rigid foam plastics, e.g., Styropor®. Not suitable for bonding large glass surfaces, PE, or PP.

Application/Instructions for Use Surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix the binder and hardener in a 1:1 ratio (equal-length strands). Apply the adhesive to one side; for rough materials, apply to both sides. Join the parts snugly without pressing. Working time (pot life): approx. 5 minutes. Curing time: Sets at room temperature after approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
