The socket outlet with overload protection solves the problems of operating two devices with high energy consumption on a single supply line. Triggering of the fuse is prevented, and it is no longer necessary to lay new cables.

Typical application is for a washing machine and tumble dryer on a single supply line. Simultaneous operation of both devices is possible, as the socket outlet with overload protection shuts off the tumble dryer during the washing machine heating phase. Once the heating phase is finished, the tumble dryer is automatically switched back on.
