The Orion-TR 12/12-18 from Victron Energy is a galvanically isolated DC-DC voltage converter and ensures a regulated DC voltage and thus for trouble-free operation of your DC loads. The compact Orion-TR DC-DC voltage converter converts the DC input voltage (8 - 17 V) into a controllable 12 V output voltage (10 - 15 V) and provides a constant continuous current of 1 8A, which corresponds to a power of 220 W.

Thanks to the Orion-TR 12/12-18, you can supply each 12 V consumer with exactly the right voltage. The correct voltage is also guaranteed for longer cables, as the Orion can adapt the voltage to any line losses that occur. In many sensitive electronic devices, maintaining the exact operating voltage is essential for a smooth functioning. Furthermore, the Orion-TR 12/12-18 can be connected in parallel with similar devices and has a remote control on-off switch. Due to the adjustable output voltage, this model can also be used as a battery charger.
