This sturdy metal frame from Delock can be placed in a free 3.5? Shaft of a PC and ensures a 360° vibration protection against horizontal and vertical vibrations by the built-in rubber dampers. It can be a 2.5? SATA or SAS hard disk in the frame. A SAS controller is required to connect a SAS hard drive. To ensure that only authorized persons can remove the hard disk, the removable frame has a key lock. The hot swap function allows a hard disk change during operation. Furthermore, the SATA connector on the outside of the device has a locking port, which ensures that the connected SATA cable locks into place and is protected against vibrations.
