Pass-through sockets can also be cascaded (tree structure). The last socket on a trunk or stub line must be equipped with the terminating resistor.

Note on the use of the GEDU 10 or GEDU 15 pass-through socket: in the case of a trunk line with seven devices, for example, the first four aerial outlets are installed in GEDU 15 and the remaining ones in GEDU 10. All outlets therefore have about the same amplitude.
