DS90C401M/NOPB 2-fold LVDS driver, 155.5MB/s, SO-8

The DS90C401M/NOPB is a dual LVDS driver optimized for energy-efficient applications with high data transfer rates. Together with the DS90C402, this device provides a pair-chip solution for a dual high-speed point-to-point interface. DS90C401 is a current-mode driver that ensures that power dissipation remains low even at high frequencies. In addition, the short-circuit fault current is also minimized. The differential driver output ensures low electromagnetic interference (EMI) with the low output voltage swings of typically 340mV.
