Millenniata's ISO/IEC 10995 industry-standard testing showed that the expected life of an MDISC DVD is 1332 years and that only 5% of media will show signs of data loss after 667 years. The expected service life is therefore several hundred years.

Disc customisation – printable Verbatim printable discs have an inkjet printable surface. This allows you to customise the surface of the blank using a selection of designs.
