COM-SD-NAND512 Developer boards - 512 MB SD-NAND flash memory

This flash memory module allows you to store and read data externally via the SPI interface of your microcontroller. The module is controlled exactly like a conventional SD card and is therefore particularly simple. The module can be operated with 3.3 V as well as 5 V thanks to the integrated voltage converter.
