Whether incoming goods, storage, laboratory, catering or supermarket: the testo 103 insertion thermometer is used wherever food is sold, stored and processed - and temperature checks ensure quality and hygiene. With a particularly narrow but robust sensor tip, the penetration thermometer is ideal for sampling in liquid and semi-solid media, the penetration remains inconspicuously small. The testo 103 reliably detects the core temperature of food from a fold-out angle of 30°. Practical in everyday use, because a measuring angle of 180° is not always possible in warehouses, cartons and displays. After the measurement, the probe is simply folded back in and stored safely in a shirt or trouser pocket until the next measurement.
