Relay Contacts Arc Suppression Module - 5-400V - for Relay or Thyristor - RC Protection - Varistor

The arc suppression system is designed for electric circuits containing inductive loads with switching devices such as relays and thyristors. The RC protection is connected in parallel with the two output contacts of the relay or in parallel with the thyristor to counteract the effects of the induced EMF that can damage the relay or thyristor.

* RC absorption circuit absorbs the induced EMF from the load,

* varistor prevents excessive voltage or current fluctuations,

* too high voltage or current values may damage relay contacts,

* protects the system against interference
