This is a 4-channel industrial USB to UART converter, offering 4 channels of concurrent and independent serial communication over USB in a robust metal enclosure. The converter can be used with popular systems such as Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Mac, Linux and Android, requiring a single USB connection for all 4 channels. The unit is housed in an industrial alloy enclosure and uses a robust USB-B ('printer style') connection, making it ideal for industrial environments or repeated connections. The unit includes ESD protection, an onboard resettable fuse, a protection diode and an IO protection circuit, providing over-current and over-voltage protection. Wall or surface mounting is possible via the enclosure flanges. A USB-B cable and four custom squid wires are included in the package. Features
