Continuity testing of 8-pin data cables with attached RJ-45 connectors and coax cables with BNC connectors

The device detects open and short-circuited (wire/wire or wire/shield) connections. A two-line display (LEDs) sequentially shows which pin of the RJ-45 connector of cable end A is connected to which pin of the RJ-45 connector of cable end B, manual or automatic switching is possible. In the event of a short circuit, more than two LEDs light up at the same time.
