420 MHz Current Feedback Amplifier

The THS3001 is a high-speed power feedback operational amplifier ideal for communications, imaging and high-quality video applications. This device offers a very fast rise rate of 6500 V/µs, a bandwidth of 420 MHz and 40-ns transient time for large signal applications that require excellent transient response. In addition, the THS3001 operates with a very low distortion of -96 dBc, making it well suited for applications such as wireless communication base stations or ultra-fast ADC or DAC buffers.
