LM335Z/NOPB Temperature sensor, 10mV/°K, 3.04 - 5V, TO-92

This series are easy-to-calibrate precision temperature sensors with integrated circuit. The LM135 operates as a 2-terminal Zener and the breakdown voltage is directly proportional to the absolute temperature 10 mV/°K. With a dynamic impedance of less than 1 O, the device operates over a current range of 400 µA to 5 mA with virtually no change in performance. When calibrated at 25°C, the LM135 has a typical error of less than 1°C over a temperature range of 100°C. Unlike other sensors, the LM135 has a linear output.
