Switches the room climate solution of the Homematic IP system to eco mode

The Homematic IP wall switch 2-gang is part of the Homematic IP smart home system and represents a practical wireless switch solution in the classic form factor, which can perform several tasks at once. After a one-time assignment within the free app, it is possible to control either the light or the heating with the wall switch. For example, one press of a button can set the heating to low mode (eco mode) or switch the light on/off. Up to two functions per wall switch can be conveniently assigned via app and then used independently of the app.

The power supply is provided by two AAA batteries, which can supply the wall switch with the necessary energy for up to four years. The installation of the Homematic IP wall switch is quickly done. For this purpose, the holding frame of the wall switch can be mounted either with double-sided adhesive tape, with screws and dowels or also on an already existing flush-mounted box. Integration into multiple frames from other manufacturers is also possible. The required mounting materials, the batteries and an easy-to-understand operating manual are of course included in the delivery.
