27080 Hot wire cutter, THERMOCUT 230/E

Stable body with a 390 x 280 mm work surface made of aluminium-cobond compound. With a surface structure that allows the workpiece to glide smoothly. Printed grid and protractor ease practical work. Solid aluminium overarm (350 mm projection and 140 mm height clearance). With holder and wire coil (30 m cutting wire dia. 0.2 mm is included). Mitre cuts are possible by moving the saddle. An LED operation indicator prevents burnt fingers since the cutting wire heats up to full temperature in less than 1 second.

Important: The unit's double wound transformer and insulation to class 2 ensure the cutter is absolutely safe. The heating elements operate at 10 V at 1.0 A.
