S32M2 Integrated Solution for 12V Motor Control

The S32M2 family is a system-in-package (SiP) solution for 12 V motor control applications that combines high-voltage analog functions with Arm® Cortex®-M4 and Cortex®-M7-based processing. The S32M2 integrates MOSFET gate pre-drivers, LIN/CAN FD communication interfaces, voltage regulators, analog peripherals, timers, PWM functionality, and non-volatile memory to reduce system complexity and board space. Designed for motor control edge nodes, the S32M2 supports advanced motor diagnostics, inverter diagnostics, and control algorithms while enabling ISO 26262 functional safety compliance up to ASIL B. Compatibility with the NXP S32 Automotive Platform supports firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates, software reuse, and scalable development.
