ATtiny804 8-bit microcontroller features the 8-bit AVR processor with hardware multiplier, running at up to 20MHz. The ATtiny804 include up to 8KB Flash, 512B SRAM, and 128 bytes of EEPROM in a compact 14-pin package. The ATtiny804 MCU integrates a flexible and low power architecture including Event System and SleepWalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals. The tinyAVR microcontrollers are well-suited for a wide range of applications including industrial, consumer, appliances, automotive and Internet of Things (IoT) sensor nodes.
