The PIC16F13145 family of microcontrollers offers an effective way to implement hardware-based solutions. The introduction of the CLB (Configurable Logic Block) peripherals allows users to integrate hardware-based, customer-specific logic into their applications. The CLB consists of 32 individual logic elements with extensive customisation options. CPU-independent operation improves response time and power consumption. The product family is available in a variety of housings and offers up to 14 KB of program flash memory and up to 1 KB of RAM. In addition to CLB, the family includes a 10-bit analogue-to-digital converter, an 8-bit digital-to-analogue converter, fast comparators and other timing and communication peripherals.
