These dual N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs are manufactured using onsemi's advanced PowerTrench process, which is specifically designed to minimise on-state resistance while maintaining a low gate charge for excellent switching performance. These devices are designed to deliver exceptional power dissipation in a very small footprint for applications for which the larger and more expensive SO-8 and TSSOP-8 enclosures are impractical.
