Reflective optical proximity sensor E18-D80NK NPN 5-80cm

The E18-D80NK NPN adjustable distance sensor is an optical infrared sensor that detects objects over an adjustable range of 5 cm to 80 cm. A potentiometer for adjustment is located on the back of the sensor. The device is powered by 5V DC and consumes less than 100 mA of current. The sensor indicates object detection via an LED and has a response time of less than 2 ms. It has reverse polarity protection and operates at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C. The output signal is digital: a low state means an object is detected and a high state means no object is detected. The sensor has a diameter of 18 mm, a length of 50 mm and a cable length of approximately 50 cm. Specification:
