MCX A13, 14, 15 Essential MCUs with Arm® Cortex® M33, Low Power and Intelligent Peripherals

The MCX A13, MCX A14 and MCX A15 devices are scalable microcontrollers in the MCX A Series designed for industrial and IoT applications, including smart sensing, connected control and motor control. Built on Arm® Cortex®-M33 processing up to 96 MHz, these devices combine low power intelligent peripherals, high speed 16-bit analog to digital converter (ADC) capability and motor control timers with complementary pulse width modulation (PWM) outputs to support efficient real-time sensing and control in compact designs. Depending on the device, I3C, USB, FlexIO and CAN FD add interface flexibility, while the power architecture supports high I/O utilization and power efficiency with a simple supply circuit. The MCUXpresso Developer Experience provides software tools, application examples and expansion resources to support development, including the Expansion Board Hub (EBH) for add-on boards and the Application Code Hub (ACH) for software examples, with evaluation available through the FRDM-MCXA153 and FRDM-MCXA156 development boards to simplify prototyping and feature exploration.
