Hammond 1555X2GY Watertight PC Enclosure, Styled Lid 300 x 200 x 90, Grey

This Hammond 1555 series watertight Polycarbonate enclosure is ideal for mounting PCBs or DIN rail mounted components.

The enclosure is moulded from UV stabilized Polycarbonate material which carries a flammability rating of UL94-5VA and is suitable for outdoor use. The gasketed, styled lid has a very modern look and has a smooth recessed area that is ideal for a membrane keypad or label. The lid has a two piece tongue & groove construction that provides protection against access of oil, dust and water. It is secured with included M4 stainless steel machine screws which are threaded into corrosion resistant bushings for repetitive assembly & disassembly.

The Polycarbonate construction meets NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 & 13 ratings which meet and exceed IP ratings up to and including IP68. cUL and UL 508A listed (File # E65324).
