Arduino® MKR Relay Proto Shield

The MKR Relay Protoshield makes it simple to add relay control to your MKR board project. It includes two relays, RELAY1 and RELAY2, controlled by pin 1 and pin 2, respectively. Convenient screw terminal blocks offer easy connections to A1-A4 analog inputs, I2C, and supply voltages, streamlining the setup process. Operating at 3.3V from the host board, the shield provides two relays with Normally Open (NO), Common (COM), and Normally Closed (NC) connections. Eight-position screw terminal blocks allow easy access to A1-A4, SCL and SDA for I2C, GND, and a 3.3V output, while six-position screw terminal blocks secure NO, COM, and NC connections for each relay. It supports a carry current of 2A, a maximum operating voltage of 24 VAC or 50 VDC, and a switching capacity of up to 62.5 VA or 30W. Additionally, the shield includes a proto area for further circuit expansion, making it a versatile solution for projects that require reliable relay control.
