Netter Vibration NCT 10 Turbine Vibrator

The NCT 10 is a rotary pneumatic turbine vibrator with a nominal frequency range of 16,940 to 22,980 min-1 and a centrifugal force range of 1,511 to 2,780N. The vibration is produced by an eccentrically mounted turbine that has integrated unbalanced masses and frequency and therefore centrifugal force may be continuously regulated by changes in the operating pressure. A feature of this vibrator is a high frequency at low noise level and low air consumption. Typical applications include moving bulk materials, reducing friction, emptying hoppers, driving chutes, sieves and vibrating tables, preventing adhesion to pipes and plates, etc.
