The SparkFun Triple-Axis Accelerometer Breakout is a versatile and easy-to-use Qwiic breakout for the KX132 digital accelerometer from Kionix. Equipped with a 16-bit resolution and four user-selectable acceleration measurement ranges of ±2g/4g/8g/16g, the KX132 is designed for a broad array of acceleration measurements and high-speed applications, including vibration and tap sensing.The KX132 is packed with features such as Freefall detection, Directional Tap™, Double-Tap™ detection, tilt orientation detection, and more. It can interface with controllers using both I²C and SPI at high speeds, making it a flexible choice for use in an existing Qwiic/I²C chain or on a SPI bus.The SparkFun Qwiic Connect System is an ecosystem of I²C sensors, actuators, shields, and cables designed to make prototyping faster and less prone to error. All Qwiic-enabled boards use a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector, reducing the amount of required PCB space and eliminating the risk of incorrect connections.Features:
