The QTRXL-MD-01A Reflectance Sensor is a 1-channel, 7.5mm wide device with an analog output and long range capabilities. This compact sensor measures 7.5 x 20.0mm and operates at a maximum current of 30mA for the LED and 32mA for the board. It functions optimally within a range of 20mm. The sensor is equipped with an IR LED/phototransistor pair, making it an excellent choice for identifying changes in reflectance, such as line detection. It operates efficiently between 2.9V and 5.5V and allows for dimmable brightness control, independent of the supply voltage. The closer the object, the higher the contrast between light and dark readings.
