This 30A, 45V Schottky barrier diode family, is metallurgically bonded and hermetically sealed. The 1N6845 is available with three levels of product assurance, JAN, JANTX and JANTXV provided for each encapsulated device types as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/682. The device package outline is a TO-276AA (U3, SMD-0.5).The average rectifier output current (Io) for this family is 30A, with working peak reverse voltages (Vrwm) of 45V, maximum forward voltages (Vf) of 0.65V to 0.86V and maximum reverse leakage currents (Ir) of 0.1mA at 25 Celsius and 10.0mA at 100 degrees Celsius, with a junction Capacitance Ct of 800pf.
