RS485 Breakout Board for XIAO and QT Py

* 5V OUT/IN SWITCH: One is the input and output of the 5V port, when the slave sets the IN file, as the input, and when the host sets the OUT file, this port is discharged externally and can be connected to the sensor to the sensor power supply.
