The high-quality complete package of the NH-U14S DX-4677 is complemented by the professional SecuFirm2™ mounting system and the pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound - a true premium solution for quiet cooling of LGA4677-based Xeon workstations and servers.

Caution: Please note that the NH-U14S DX-4677 is a dedicated version for the Intel LGA4677 socket. Owing to the larger contact surface, the cooler cannot be used on smaller sockets.

Please also note that a plastic processor support frame is required to mount LGA4677 processors and coolers.
