2.5-V, 2%, 70°C, micropower voltage reference

The LMx85-2.5 and LM385B are two-pin microband gap voltage references that operate over a current range from 20 µA to 20 mA and are characterised by exceptionally low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. The on-chip trimming ensures tight voltage tolerance. The bandgap reference for these devices is characterised by low noise and long-term stability.

The design makes these devices exceptionally tolerant to capacitive loads, making them easy to use in most reference applications. The wide dynamic operating temperature range is suitable for different power supplies with excellent regulation.
