Crydom SPFE240D25 Solid State Relay 280V AC 25A 15 to 32V DC

This 25A solid state relay has an operating voltage of 12 to 280V AC and a control voltage of 15 to 32V DC. The SSR features an integrated heatsink design that provides excellent thermal management. The relay has an optically separated SCR output and also features low leakage current in off-state mode and high peak current, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy industrial applications.
