This 15A, 100V Schottky barrier diode family, used in high frequency switching power supplies and high-power applications, is metallurgically bonded and hermetically sealed. The 1N6843 is available with four levels of product assurance, JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS provided for each encapsulated device types as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/679. The device package outline is a TO-276AA (U3, SMD-0.5).The average rectifier output current (Io) for this family is 15A, with working peak reverse voltages (Vrwm) of 100V, maximum forward voltages (Vf) of 0.70V to 1.0V and maximum reverse leakage currents (Ir) of 0.1mA at 25 Celsius and 15.0mA at 125 degrees Celsius, with a junction Capacitance Ct of 600pf.
