This 15A, 100V dual common cathode, Schottky barrier diode family, with center tap for power applications, used in high frequency switching power supplies and resonant power converters, is metallurgically bonded and hermetically sealed. The 1N6843 is available with three levels of product assurance, JAN, JANTX and JANTXV, provided for each encapsulated device types as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/681. The device package outline is a TO-276AA (U3, SMD-0.5).The average rectifier output current (Io) for this family is 15A, per leg, with working peak reverse voltages (Vrwm) of 100V, maximum forward voltages (Vf) of 0.77V to 1.27V and maximum reverse leakage currents (Ir) of 0.01mA at 25 Celsius and 5.0mA at 125 degrees Celsius, with a junction Capacitance Ct of 275pf, per leg.
