1N6840U3-Schottky-Diode

This 10A, dual common cathode, Schottky barrier diode family, with center tap, for power applications, is metallurgically bonded and hermetically sealed for military grade qualifications on “1N” prefixed number (1N6840, 1N6841). Three levels of product assurance, JAN, JANTX and JANTXV are provided for each encapsulated device types as specified in MIL-PRF-19500/678. The device package outline is a TO-276AA (SMD-0.5).The average rectifier output current (Io) for this family is 10A, per leg, with working peak reverse voltages (Vrwm) of 35V to 45V, maximum forward voltages (Vf) of 0.62V to 0.88V and maximum reverse leakage currents (Ir) of 0.1mA at 25 Celsius and 10.0mA at 100 degrees Celsius, with a junction Capacitance Ct of 400pf, per leg.
