The Apollo Automation food-safe probe has been stocked to complement the Apollo Automation TEMP-1 sensor, allowing you to use the TEMP-1 to measure food temperature. The TEMP-1 includes a clever 3.5mm jack socket for connecting these food probes, which also works with the Apollo Automation temperature probe.
