NCP136 is a 700 mA LDO equipped with NMOS passtransistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). The deviceprovides ultra low drop out, fast transients response, together with highly accurate output voltage and low noise suitablefor space constrained, high performance applications. The NCP136 also features options for slower slew rate as well as active discharge options. The WLCSP6 1.4 mm x 0.8 mmpackage is optimized for use in space constrained applications.
